Join Lacey Budge in Sedona, Arizona for REVIVAL
her 10th Annual Women’s Retreat
April 15–19, 2026
Sedona Mago Center for Well-Being & Retreat
A 5-day spring awakening in nature—woven with sisterhood, sacred movement, and
ancient remembrance—to guide you from overwhelm and disconnection into feeling revived, grounded, and reconnected to the sacred.
The desert is calling.

I can already feel us there.

Walking on her ancient earth.

Resting beneath the willow tree at the lake.

Witnessing her red rock majesty and the first blooms of spring.

Singing with the flowing waters.

Walking the spiral path of the labyrinth.

Dancing, laughing, crying, and rejoicing in sisterhood.

In a world that constantly pulls you in a dozen directions, it’s easy to feel disconnected —

from your intuition,
your breath,
your natural rhythms,
and from the sacred that is all around you.

As a mother of a toddler, a wife, a friend, and a women’s guide, I understand this intimately.

If you’ve been moving through life too quickly…

caring for everyone else…
multitasking endlessly…
wanting to slow down but never quite giving yourself permission…

And if you’ve been longing for more meaning, beauty, spaciousness, and connection;

for more than a yoga retreat or wellness getaway...

This is your invitation.

This is your REVIVAL.

REVIVAL (noun)

A reawakening of body and spirit
A restoration of vitality
A gentle return

A sacred remembrance

A retreat is a gift —

a sacred pause from carrying so much, from meeting endless expectations, from doing and giving and holding it all together.

This retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with the earth and revive your inner rhythm, peace, and wisdom.

It is created for you to remember and reclaim the version of yourself who feels grounded, creative, alive with vitality, and deeply connected to her center.

Aligned with spring’s first awakening and the new moon in fiery Aries,

you will be ushered into a fresh beginning —

a new chapter, a renewed way of being

through daily sacred movement, sisterhood gatherings, elemental connection, and spacious time to simply be.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected or out of sync, know that this retreat welcomes you exactly as you are offering the space, support, and nourishment you need to feel yourself again.

Held in a true natural sanctuary, surrounded by women equally devoted to their path, this journey offers something deeply magical.

By the end, you’ll feel clearer, lighter, and more connected — to yourself, your body, the rhythms of the earth, the sacred, and the women around you.

Because you are never the same after a retreat.

You return home changed.

3rd Time Repeat Retreat Guest

Lacey’s retreats are a deep and emotional journey where you will be reborn into something you didn’t know was possible.

This Retreat is for the Woman Who…

feels most at home in nature
and wants to return to the clarity and grounding she only finds in the natural world.

longs for meaningful connection
and craves sisterhood spaces where she can soften, be held, and simply be herself.

yearns to remember the sacred in her daily life
and reconnect with rituals, intuition, and the parts of herself set aside while tending to others.

feels the weight of the world
and desires time away from the noise to feel her energy and hear her own wisdom again.
(it’s still there — I promise)

wants to be nourished on every level
through yoga, dance, hiking, ceremony, rest, and vibrant farm-to-table meals prepared with care.

feels an intuitive pull she can't ignore
a gentle nudge you may not fully understand, but your body knows you're meant to follow.

If you’re reading this and your body is saying,

“Yes… this is what I’ve been needing,”

then the Revival Retreat is calling you.

Imagine Yourself Here
You wake to the first light of the desert sun, stepping outside to breathe in fresh, crisp air as the red rocks glow all around you.

Some mornings invite quiet reflection at the sunrise platform; on others, you sit by the lake, listening to birdsong as the day begins.
After breakfast, we open each day with movement and sacred circle — yoga, breathwork, dance, and embodied ritual.

These gentle, yet deeply transformative sessions help you land in your body, soften your mind, and remember the wisdom already alive within you.
After a nourishing lunch, you might wander to the waterfall, walk the 120-step path of contemplation, or trace your prayers through the labyrinth.
In the afternoons, we gather for one-of-a-kind sisterhood gatherings at one of the many sacred sites.

Together, we will share in practices designed to reconnect you to the earth, the beauty around you, and the intuition within you.

You’ll also have the option to attend additional gatherings led by graduates of my apprenticeship program, or on-site Qi Gong and Taoist meditation classes with resident instructors.
Built into the retreat is the spaciousness your body has been craving — time to receive healing sessions, enjoy organic farm-to-table meals, connect with your sisters, or simply rest in silence.

As the sun begins to set, we close each day in beauty — watching the desert sky from the sunset platform, followed by another nourishing meal.

Evenings invite song circles, stargazing, and cozy cottage rest.
This retreat is a sacred return —

a journey of renewal held by the desert, guided by the cycles of the sun and moon, and supported by the presence of women walking beside you.

After five days — with loving guidance and deep connection to nature, sisterhood, and yourself...

you will return home renewed, revived, and transformed in ways that ripple into every part of your life.

4th Time Repeat Retreat Guest

When you surrender to the process of what Lacey has planned, the retreat becomes a life-changing week where you get to know yourself at a deeper level, grow closer to divine source, connect deeply to nature, and experience the magic when women gather in sisterhood.
Retreats with Lacey always exceed my expectations.

Our Sanctuary
Sedona Mago Center for Well Being & Retreat sits on 173 acres of peaceful desert land —a space where you can slow down, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Sunrise and sunset platforms let you watch the light shift across the rocks, while energy vortexes throughout the property support clarity, grounding, and renewal.

You can explore walking the many trails that wind through red rock canyons, pause by the healing lake, or take time on the 120-step contemplation path.

Waterfalls, meditation gardens, and the labyrinth offer quiet places to reflect and come back to center.

At night, the desert sky opens wide — perfect for stargazing and settling before bed.

In spring, the land feels especially alive:

wildflowers line the trails, mornings are crisp and fresh, and the warm afternoon sun invites you to slow down and soak it all in.

Every part of the sanctuary is designed to help you feel connected to the land.

Trails are easy to navigate, gardens and water features offer restful spaces, and the desert’s natural beauty reflects a sense of peace back to you.

The retreat center also cares for the land through sustainable practices — from water conservation to regenerative gardens — so your time here supports both you and the earth.

Where you’ll Rest
Surrounded by the red rocks and peaceful desert, this is a space where your nervous system can settle, your body can soften, and you can be fully present for your journey.

The Redrock rooms, inspired by the colors and textures of the desert, offer a calm place to unwind and recharge.

Choose between single or double occupancy depending on your needs.

Your retreat home is simple, warm, and comfortable — a space created to help you rest deeply and feel held.

Each room includes a private bathroom and thoughtful essentials like towels, linens, bath products, and a hairdryer.

Wi-Fi is available in the main lodge.

Nourishment
At Sedona Mago, meals are prepared to support, ground, and restore you.

Fresh, organic ingredients from the retreat’s own farm and herb gardens are used to create balanced, flavorful dishes.

Pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are always available and thoughtfully prepared.

Breakfast includes options like eggs, seafood, grains, fruit, and nourishing beverages.

Lunch and dinner rotate seasonally and may include fresh fish, vibrant vegetable dishes, hearty soups and stews, and colorful salads made from local produce.

Meals are served buffet style and enjoyed slowly and intentionally — a chance to sit with other women, share conversation, and truly receive nourishment without rushing or tending to anyone else.

A Special Anniversary Gathering
In the last decade, over 350 women have answered the call to gather, remember, and return to themselves in these retreats.

This spring, you’re invited to join them.

The Revival Retreat marks 10 years of guiding women through transformative, heart-opening retreats — a decade of holding space, witnessing healing, and weaving the kind of sisterhood that changes lives.

With the new moon and the arrival of spring, this retreat becomes an invitation to revive your natural energy, reconnect with the earth, and reawaken the wisdom that’s been waiting inside you.

You’ll leave feeling renewed, nourished, clear, and deeply alive.
